El Mexicano Hand Carwash #4

Usually love this place, I normally get a very good car wash. This was my first time since they had teens working. The level of care was not there as it was in the past with the adults. I got the 5 star, my wheels were not clean, my door jambs and door handles were dirty, center console, some of the plastics and upholstery were still dirty/dusty. I told one of the teens on the spot about the issues but they were not resolved after he cleaned further and did not want to keep bothering asking for it to be done right. I tried calling to ask about rewashes, but no one answered. Very disappointing.

These guys are legit, reasonable, and professional. My car detail spot. I highly recommend them. Forget car spa, forget autobell, this is where you need to bring your ride for cleaning inside and out. Did I mention to that they are fast!!!!

Car sat outside for almost 2 years, had fine white scratches all over. After cleaning it myself I started going to the automatic wash which did a good job with the ceramic wash, but swirls were very noticeable. I got the extreme clean which included buffing and I'm very satisfied. Canceled my membership and I'll do their express hand wash from now on.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my second visit to this place. The first time, I had to return the next day and demand them to clean my car again. I don't know why I thought this time would be any different... I paid $30 for a five-star wash, which included a vacuum, door jambs, undercarriage, dash, mats, etc. Yet I left the car wash with my car still very dirty. $30 dollars down the drain. It's evident that they care more about making money and getting cars in and out than they do about actually doing a good job. I will never be back again, and I would strongly suggest saving your money and going to a different place if you are considering coming here...

I paid $50 for a full interior and exterior wash, and it was worth every penny. I was a little hesitant to come in because of some of the reviews, but everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They did an amazing job—everything was done by hand, and the attention to detail really showed. They definitely earned that tip! My car was a total mess before, and I drove away feeling like it was brand new. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!
